Seahawk Investments introduces its parent company and its co-operating partner.

Parent Company

Transport Capital is the majority owner of Seahawk Investments GmbH. In 2013, Transport Capital was established in Singapore as an investment management and advisory company with a core competency in transportation sectors. Within investment management Transport Capital cooperates with renowned private equity firms. Here Transport Capital scope of services encompasses the structuring of complex corporate finance transactions, the management of corporate structures and the actual management of real asset investments. As an advisory partner to financial institutions Transport Capital has been involved in equity and debt financing transactions with a total volume of USD 1.7 bn. In the last three years. In addition to this Transport Capital is engaged as a lending Agent in the areas of shipping, aviation and infrastructure in Asia Pacific and in Europe. Today, Transport Capital has offices in Singapore, Hamburg and Athens. A total staff of 20 manages an aggregate volume of USD 750 Mio. in real asset investments.

Co-operating Partner

Seahawk Investments GmbH is operating as a fund advisor under the liability umbrella of BN & Partner Capital AG. BN & Partner Capital AG was established in Switzerland in 2004. With more than EUR 1.8 bn. in assets under management, BN & Partner Capital AG has a §32 KWG – license. Seahawk Investments GmbH is providing investment advice according to section 1 para. 1a no. 1a German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz) and investment brokerage advice according to section 1 para. 1a no. 1 German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz) and all such advice shall be made on behalf of, in the name of, for the account and under the liability of the responsible legal entity BN & Partners Capital AG, according to section 2 para. 10 German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz). BN & Partners Capital AG has a corresponding license from the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) in accordance with section 32 KWG for the abovementioned financial services.
